Everyone at Johnny On The Spot was wonderful! A friend recommended them to me when my AC died in the middle of the night. I called them for a second opinion when another company tried to take advantage of an emergency situation. My house was too hot to stay in with my dog and the lovely woman on the phone went out of her way to help me get as much information as I could. Even switching to text when I had to be on calls for work. Johnny came over for a consultation the next day and went through all of my options with me without any pressure. They were able to schedule me me a couple of days earlier than they initially thought. The crew was very professional and polite. They made sure to protect my house wherever they were working. Other than my house no longer being 100+ degrees, you would never have even known they were there. I would definitely recommend Johnny on the Spot and will be using them going from now on.
These guys came early, were honest, super helpful and went above and beyond. Our water went out last night, and it's fixed today. Super happy. Highly recommended.

Bryant, Jose and Erick were excellent people to work with; diligent, knowledgeable and respectful with a good dose of humor to add into the mix.
It's currently not hot or cold enough to run my new system but I'm certain when the time comes it will run perfectly saving me some shekels. Can't say enough nice things about this company.

James showed up on time, was professional and courteous.
Alex was great, arrived at a reasonable time and was able to remedy a challenging toilet plumbing issue and also detected a leaky valve.
