Just like getting a bad toothache on Christmas Eve nite my HVAC quit on a cold Friday morning. The thermostat was low sixties and no amount of cranking produced a buzz, it was "DOA". After hearing my neighbors tales of woe from different companies, I called Johnny On the Spot after seeing them install a unit next door. Immediately I got a call and visit from Bryant. He went right to work diagnosing the problem and gave me a thorough explanation with the pictures of what was going on with my 20+year old unit. It was time for a replacement. Bryant explained several units he could provide and did not try to pressure me or up sell me into a high price unit. Decision made we proceeded to set the install date for the following Monday (a holiday) no problem because I got Andrew, Gabriel, and Jayden. I hit the jackpot and these guys are hard working, professional, efficient, thorough, and timely "they handled their business". They tested the unit and showed me how to operate it properly and I'm writing this review in the warmth provided by my new HVAC unit. Don't be afraid to pay for quality because you will always be happy with Johnny on the Spot!
