Eddie and Jeffrey were my service technicians they were awesome they showed up as promised were very professional explained the entire process I could not be happier with the work they did I have been a loyal Johnny customer since 2018 and I will continue to use them in the future
Got my yearly heating maintenance done by Bryant and Danny. Took them about an hour and had no issues and also replaced air filters I recently bought while they were here. Great service as always.

I cannot say enough about Frank and the company as a whole! They were able to get my service in the same day I called! Their communication with me from start to finish was great! Frank was very nice and very knowledgeable, and was able to get my toilet unclogged! His professionalism was above and beyond, I will definitely be a return customer!

Kc was great. Very thorough, went above and beyond expectations. Since JOTS replaced my HVAC system nearly two years ago the follow up and professionalism of this company continues to impress.
I called 3 other companies, and you giys were the only ones willing to come out after 4. Joel and Demetri very knowledgeable about the system. Checked the pressures in the house, followed on what I did as a customer and agreed everything was on the right track with troubleshooting. As a supervisor myself it was good to see and watch Demetri teach and allow his new guy Joel some teachable moments. After futher eval , Demetri said the payment for the visit was waved which i was willing to pay, thanks for that. Good job. You have 2 good workers at your company.
