These folks have a great online reputation which is why I had them come out to tune up my AC before the hot weather comes. Jose showed up right on time. He was friendly, efficient, knowledgable and didn't try to upsell me. My HVAC is original 2005 so I know my days are numbered. Another reason I chose this company is I want to be prepared to move quickly when the day comes I need to replace. That day is coming but not today. Jose gave the system a thumbs up but did point out with a system this age it's difficult to predict it's end date. I am having them put together an estimate to replace the system when necessary but for now we're good. Thank you for being a straight shooter Jose. Integrity will win my business every day.

We had one very old (35 yrs) AC unit which was causing problems with the circuit breaker box and a 15 yr old unit with a malfunctioning compressor. James Cox was our first contact. He spent lots of time with us determining what we needed and what he recommended. They installed two new units (AC plus furnace) for us the following week. Two teams came out early and worked very long hours to finish the job in one day. They were very respectful of us and our home. They were quiet and efficient and knowledgeable and cleaned up afterwards.
Technician Jordan Ito did the Spring checkup 3/7/22 on all 5 of our units. He was prompt, professional, thorough and efficient. There were no problems. We continue to be happy with this company and their services.
On 7/14/23 we found that the upstairs thermostat needed to be calibrated. As a result the rooms were so hot that it was difficult to work or sleep there. Gabriel Gomez came out and checked the temperature and calibrated the thermostat. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. Just a small change in temperature made a big difference. We are so grateful that Johnny on the Spot came out so quickly and set the temperature correctly.
Our most recent call to Johnny On The Spot was due to a rusty fairly old water heater that began leaking the day before we had planned a trip out of state. Johnny's new plumber Alex Ramirez responded that day even though it was a week-end. He is very pleasant but doesn't waste any time. He knows his business and within hours he had installed a brand new Bradford White 50 Gal hot water heater. We are so happy knowing that we now have a plumber that we can count on when we need him.

James Cox did our maintenance this spring and checked all five of our units. No problems. James is very pleasant and knowledgeable. We enjoy working with the Johnny on the Spot company. Highly recommended.
