I am beyond happy with my choice to use Johnny on the Spot! From the initial visit for an estimate I knew they were the right team for me. They took extra special care with my house, were extremely professional and on time, and I just had full confidence in them. They did not let me down! I highly recommend them! My tech, Luis, is the best!
My team for JOTS…Erick, Pepe, Luis and Eddie were on time everyday, completely professional and kept me informed throughout the project milestones. The area was always kept clean and they were all very respectful of my home.

I am very pleased with the service that my wife and I received by the team at Johnny On The Spot. Luis showed up to do a diagnostics check on my water heater while I was at work. He showed compassion for my family and explained in detail to my wife what was going on and the options we had. He also called me personally at work and explained it all as well, letting me know what was going on and what my options were. He made sure my wife was on board and knew every step of what was happening. He was amazing and made my wife feel comfortable throughout the entire process along with showing understanding for us having a 6 month old baby and needing hot water. Carlos then showed up for the install for a new water heater, he also explained the plan to my wife let her know what was happening before it happened. Carlos walked her through the steps and showed he cared and wanted to help in this situation. Everything was done with approval before hand which was greatly appreciated. Both Luis and Carlos showed outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Johnny On The Spot for your needs and look forward to using them in the future if anything may arise!
Marco was awesome. Our thermostat wasn't working, he diagnosed the problem (a fuse) replaced it and then back up and running! All at a reasonable price. Great service! Thank you, Marco!
