I am beyond happy with my choice to use Johnny on the Spot! From the initial visit for an estimate I knew they were the right team for me. They took extra special care with my house, were extremely professional and on time, and I just had full confidence in them. They did not let me down! I highly recommend them! My tech, Luis, is the best!

I'm very pleased with the service I received from Johnny On The Spot. From the first call, the girl who answered the phone, Kelly, and Luis were professional, friendly, and responsive, and Adrian arrived to diagnose the A/C. He arrived on time, inspected the system thoroughly, and quickly identified that the A/C unit needed to be replaced rather than repaired. He explained everything clearly and took the time to answer my and my Dads questions.
The Johnny on the spot team completed the replacement, checked the refrigerant levels, tested the airflow, and made sure the new unit was cooling properly before leaving. The was especially patient and respectful with my 87-year-old dad, which I truly appreciated.
The replacement was completed efficiently, and my Dads new A/C has been working perfectly since. It's refreshing to work with a company that values honesty, quality workmanship, and excellent customer service. I highly recommend Johnny On The Spot and would gladly use them again. ????????????????
Luis was prompt, very friendly and efficient. Fixed the two issues in a jiffy.
These guys showed up on Sunday to repair the pipes that busted outside my home. Installed shut off valves to the main house, our sprinkler system, and our water softening unit, so I didn't have to shut off the valve to the main house when the sprinklers or water softening unit needed replacing or maintenance. I am so grateful that the new pressure gauge and valves are at a height I can reach them without kneeling on the ground since I have an old knee injury. I would recommend these guys to anyone. They're quick emergency response, quality materials, and fair pricing, make them a trustworthy contractor I will use again for the maintenance of my water heater and AC unit.
