I am beyond happy with my choice to use Johnny on the Spot! From the initial visit for an estimate I knew they were the right team for me. They took extra special care with my house, were extremely professional and on time, and I just had full confidence in them. They did not let me down! I highly recommend them! My tech, Luis, is the best!
I was extremely happy with Johnny on the spot coming out To clean my duct from the clothes dryer. I called them and they responded right away. They were out the same day. They were running a special and it was a great price! The service technician Tyson was amazing. Such a nice young gentleman very thorough very respectful and I would call them again because of the excellent service Tyson provided. I am a very happy customer!

Needed sink, faucet and disposal hooked back up after counter top installation. Tony came out, looked over the job and provided a quote that made my jaw drop. Tried to upsale everything. $981 for a new garbage disposal? He was a bit grumpy upon arrival. I was a bit grumpy after seeing the quote.
I needed a slow draining bathtub fixed. Drano didn't do the job, so we called a professional. They were very professional kind, courteous, clean, completed your job in a timely manner and now my drain is fixed.
Johnny on the Spot was excellent. Tony, the technician, arrived timely, actually early, and properly assessed the problem and provided several options for me to consider. I choose the most reasonable option for the situation and he completed the task quickly and professionally. I'd use them again.
Tyson did a great job great personality. We talk about doing some HVAC work later and we were shocked at what he got out of that Duct thank you, Tyson.
