I am beyond happy with my choice to use Johnny on the Spot! From the initial visit for an estimate I knew they were the right team for me. They took extra special care with my house, were extremely professional and on time, and I just had full confidence in them. They did not let me down! I highly recommend them! My tech, Luis, is the best!

Had a leaking hose bib in my backyard for about two weeks, slow drip, but needing fixing. Immanuel and Braedyn came out and fixed it for me. They were very kind and let me know how the process would work. They Informed me that they would be shutting off the water and took the time to ask if I had any water running in the home including the washer. Sure enough I had the washer going. They were wonderful didn't make a mess, and cleaned up when they were done. They even offered to show me the new bib and let me know what to expect with the water upon turning the water back on. The service was spot on!
I wanted to update my original review because I believe a company deserves credit when they step up and make things right.
I originally called Johnny On The Spot to repair a leaking toilet. There were some issues and miscommunication during the initial visit, and the job was not completed that day. At the time, I was frustrated with how the situation was handled and posted a review reflecting that experience.
However, the company followed up, came back out, and took care of the issue. They made sure the toilet was properly repaired and that the original problem I called about was resolved.
As someone who works in sales and deals with customers myself, I understand that things don't always go perfectly. What matters to me is how a company responds when there is a problem. Johnny On The Spot came back, addressed my concerns, and completed the work.
I appreciate them taking responsibility for the situation and making the effort to turn a negative experience into a positive one. That says a lot about a company and its commitment to customer service.

I honestly can't say enough good things about my experience with Johnny On The Spot, especially the technician Anael. From the initial phone call to the service itself, the professionalism and customer service were exceptional.
Anael was absolutely amazing. He thoroughly inspected my AC system from top to bottom and took the time to explain everything to me in a way I could actually understand as a homeowner. He explained what was happening, what I should keep an eye on, and what I did and didn't need to be concerned about. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, professional, and genuinely made me feel at ease.
After working on the system, he was able to identify what needed to be done to improve the airflow and get my home cooling properly again—things I wouldn't have known to look for myself. I felt completely comfortable knowing my AC was in his hands, and that says a lot when you're trusting someone with your home.
We had another company come out the day before, and the experience was completely different. Johnny On The Spot was a breath of fresh air. I also really liked the membership option Anael explained, especially for preventative maintenance and priority service.
I have already referred them to my mom and will absolutely recommend Johnny On The Spot to anyone needing HVAC, heating, or plumbing services. Anael was phenomenal, and the level of professionalism from this company is truly refreshing. 15/10 experience!
I called them out to come take a look at an unresponsive outdoor central AC unit. They arrived promptly and acted professionally the whole stay, even going as far as to show me pictures of the problems as he found them.
