I am beyond happy with my choice to use Johnny on the Spot! From the initial visit for an estimate I knew they were the right team for me. They took extra special care with my house, were extremely professional and on time, and I just had full confidence in them. They did not let me down! I highly recommend them! My tech, Luis, is the best!

I called Johnny on the Spot because the water department sent me letters about a continuous leak and they are a Water Smart company. Tony was very thorough checking for leaks inside my home and around my 7/8 acre property. I was very satisfied with results and have contracted this company to do the repairs on my 37 year old custom built home.
I would like to THANK this whole crew from the start of contact. Vegas heat is no joke! They came through with everything they got and made it happen!! When I scheduled they were quick to have someone out within the hour. Sales Rep James was quick to the point didn't beat around the bush no hidden fees. Treated me like family in need! Johnny worked with our budget once finalized they had a repair crew replace my ac unit and get us back up and going same day. These guys worked for over 10 hours with determination I kept saying IDK how they are doing it being 100 degrees what felt like 1000 upstairs but not one person complained they were motivated! Top notch from start to finish and we were able to get our ac back up and running for our family. I will recommend to anyone and everyone I know. They deserve Number 1 Las Vegas and 10000000 stars! Thank you doesn't do justice!

It was my first time having their team work on my plumbing issues and replacement of my water heater tank and I'm glad I chose them! They did an excellent job with the communication and the work done exceeded my expectations. Danny was very helpful in providing information. Richard was awesome on fixing the plumbing issue and replacing our water tank! Even took his time to explain about the new tank and how things work. Really appreciate the team's effort! I highly recommend this company!
