I am beyond happy with my choice to use Johnny on the Spot! From the initial visit for an estimate I knew they were the right team for me. They took extra special care with my house, were extremely professional and on time, and I just had full confidence in them. They did not let me down! I highly recommend them! My tech, Luis, is the best!

Bill and Manuel did a great job at being Johnny on the spot. They provided tankless water heater maintenance; checked out my leak and repaired my issues and talked me into a water softener and filtration system, which I put off when I bought my home, but could see the benefits now so glad I finally did that. The whole team from dispatch to technicians very professional and livid up to what is expected from Johnny on the spot ????. So if I'm ever in need again ( hopefully not) I know who to call.

These guys were fantastic, did an incredible job, cleaned everything up and were out of there in under four hours, I highly recommend them, especially Eddie!

Bill was very friendly and knowledgeable, even though my fathers house needs quite a bit of repairs ( he just passed and my sister and I needed to resolve some plumbing issues before we sell) he was kind thoughtful and estimates were given before he started and as situation got worse money was actually taken back to help alleviate future costs, very rare for plumbing company! I understand why Johnny on the spot gets great reviews and they couldn't help what needed fix but were honest about options. Very satisfied and highly recommend, also saw video evidence of problems and that was helpful for our decisions and future sell of house. Thanks! Made the best of a bad situation!
