I am beyond happy with my choice to use Johnny on the Spot! From the initial visit for an estimate I knew they were the right team for me. They took extra special care with my house, were extremely professional and on time, and I just had full confidence in them. They did not let me down! I highly recommend them! My tech, Luis, is the best!

This morning we noticed our air conditioner was working louder than normal and not really keeping the house that cool. We made a call this morning to Johnny on the Spot and with an hour Arto was at my house in Boulder City to figure out the issue and had the guys come out within hours to replace the parts that were leaking in the air conditioner . The repair price also included the yearly service and while he was at the house he went ahead and prepped the heating system and even offered to change the air filters. All the employees at the business are great and I would highly recommend them. Living in Boulder City we do have problems with some companies wanting to come out but this company didn't hesitate at all.

They scheduled an appointment for me within a couple of hours of calling (it was Sun) Alex was polite and gave me the estimate for several options. He then told me that the technician would be back to install the new water heater shortly. Antonio came and installed everything. It took a while but the service was great. He explained everything to my husband and me. I would definitely call them again when needed. Thank you
