I am beyond happy with my choice to use Johnny on the Spot! From the initial visit for an estimate I knew they were the right team for me. They took extra special care with my house, were extremely professional and on time, and I just had full confidence in them. They did not let me down! I highly recommend them! My tech, Luis, is the best!

I scheduled a tankless water heater flush with Larry from Johnny on the spot and he did a great job for a decent price. Larry also did a thorough inspection of all the plumbing in our home. He was able to answer all my questions and provide me with information about the areas water quality and common plumbing issues which was super helpful because I spent most of my life in Oregon where the water quality and plumbing maintenance issues are very different. When he was finished with the tank flush and inspection he called to go over his work and findings with his supervisor who provided more ideas and information around next steps. I really appreciate the time he spent familiarizing me with our homes plumbing and unique maintenance challenges the Vegas valley presents so that I am better prepared for keeping my home in good shape.
Gabriel was excellent he explained everything he was doing before and after. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He did not push anything on me he gave his opinion and left it up to me. Highly recommend Johnny On The Spot. Anybody need a good technician ask for Gabriel I know i will.
