I am beyond happy with my choice to use Johnny on the Spot! From the initial visit for an estimate I knew they were the right team for me. They took extra special care with my house, were extremely professional and on time, and I just had full confidence in them. They did not let me down! I highly recommend them! My tech, Luis, is the best!

Marco came in to my house and check my air duct damages as a second opinion from the air duct cleaner damaged my air duct. He listens my concerns and needs. He took a pictures for damages and came out the same results from my insurance took a pictures too. He provide and estimate to replace the damaged. I was so happy the results because the air duct cleaner their company name is 1st choice air duct cleaner they charge 1150 to clean and after they clean up. He claiming there is a lot of hole in the attic. He cover up only but he said if I don't patch it will not gonna last long. If he patched it 400 dollars , he will patch all the hole. I agree to it. After he patch it he showed me only one spot he patch it . I asked him where is the rest of it his answers was . I have to pay 800 dollars more coz is a lot. I told him im just gonna call my insurance to fix it but my insurance denied it. That's why i call Johny on the spot and Marco is awesome technician. They give me an estimate without charge me at all. Thank you guys.

Had various items done in kitchen, bathrooms and on water heater. Agustin and his team were professional and efficient. Very happy with the work they did.
Took a bit to iron out contract details but it was worth it. Whole house replumb after hot water slab leak detected. Las Vegas Water sent a text we had constant flow! Did not see anything anywhere but JOTS pinpointed the issue. Made sense to do both hot and cold. Plumbers Oscar, Kevin, Trae and Herman worked their buns off getting the lines in and with minimal downtime without water. Danny, Brannon and CJ also worked their behinds off replacing the 50 drywall sections doing a great job matching 50 year old popcorn ceilings and walls. This house, of course, has asbestos (1972) and Alliance bent over backwards to get it all cut and tested so work could begin. They even had to come back a second time to cut more access for the plumbers. Start to finish June 20 through July 20 for all professions.
John and Daniel went above and beyond working long hours to install our new AC unit and dismantling the old one. They were patient explaining the process and answering all my questions. They were also very clean
