I am beyond happy with my choice to use Johnny on the Spot! From the initial visit for an estimate I knew they were the right team for me. They took extra special care with my house, were extremely professional and on time, and I just had full confidence in them. They did not let me down! I highly recommend them! My tech, Luis, is the best!
Chris did an excellent job with our water heater installation. He was very professional and personable, explained the entire process beforehand, and was respectful of our home—carefully moving items and removing his shoes when on carpet. He welcomed our questions and was even kind and friendly with our dogs. A great experience overall.
I called 3 other companies, and you giys were the only ones willing to come out after 4. Joel and Demetri very knowledgeable about the system. Checked the pressures in the house, followed on what I did as a customer and agreed everything was on the right track with troubleshooting. As a supervisor myself it was good to see and watch Demetri teach and allow his new guy Joel some teachable moments. After futher eval , Demetri said the payment for the visit was waved which i was willing to pay, thanks for that. Good job. You have 2 good workers at your company.

This is the first time we used Johnny On The Spot plumbing and the reason we use them was they showed up on the yelp top 10 for Las Vegas leak detection, a Google search top 10 for leak detection and one other service that we used so that made three out of three in the top 10. Demetrius did an excellent job explaining what he was going to do for the Water leak we found in our home. First off, he was very courteous and respected our property, knocking on the door when he wanted to come in, always putting his boot covers on before he came into the house, and he asked permission to go into every room that he needed to go into. That is the kind of Customer Service we like. Since there is no visible water anywhere, he followed his process till he found a hot water leak in our slab. He showed us everything that he found and explained down to the detail what the fix would be. One of the best experiences with a brand new plumbing service in Las Vegas Vegas.
