I am beyond happy with my choice to use Johnny on the Spot! From the initial visit for an estimate I knew they were the right team for me. They took extra special care with my house, were extremely professional and on time, and I just had full confidence in them. They did not let me down! I highly recommend them! My tech, Luis, is the best!
Great company.....Carson went over what repairs were needed & costs & helped us to order a new faucet & picked it up for us.Kevin replaced parts needed for both bathrooms & explained exactly what was done.These guys were great & did a good job at a reasonable price.We decided to sign up for the comfort club membership as it was a better price than our previous one.My husband & I were very pleased with Johnny on the spot.

Had a leaking hose bib in my backyard for about two weeks, slow drip, but needing fixing. Immanuel and Braedyn came out and fixed it for me. They were very kind and let me know how the process would work. They Informed me that they would be shutting off the water and took the time to ask if I had any water running in the home including the washer. Sure enough I had the washer going. They were wonderful didn't make a mess, and cleaned up when they were done. They even offered to show me the new bib and let me know what to expect with the water upon turning the water back on. The service was spot on!
I wanted to update my original review because I believe a company deserves credit when they step up and make things right.
I originally called Johnny On The Spot to repair a leaking toilet. There were some issues and miscommunication during the initial visit, and the job was not completed that day. At the time, I was frustrated with how the situation was handled and posted a review reflecting that experience.
However, the company followed up, came back out, and took care of the issue. They made sure the toilet was properly repaired and that the original problem I called about was resolved.
As someone who works in sales and deals with customers myself, I understand that things don't always go perfectly. What matters to me is how a company responds when there is a problem. Johnny On The Spot came back, addressed my concerns, and completed the work.
I appreciate them taking responsibility for the situation and making the effort to turn a negative experience into a positive one. That says a lot about a company and its commitment to customer service.

Very professional services! Thankful for all the work on Sunday. Came back on Tuesday as my Monday was full. Working very diligently and respectful of my home. Financed part of the work. Very thankful for this company. Thank you Jordan, Dominic, Mario, Jim and Anthony! Great Crew!!!!
Incredibly detailed and super nice. Came out within hours of my call. Charged a $150 diagnostic fee but Ernesto looked through the whole system and gave recommendations with explanation for his recs. Will def call this team again if needed
