I am beyond happy with my choice to use Johnny on the Spot! From the initial visit for an estimate I knew they were the right team for me. They took extra special care with my house, were extremely professional and on time, and I just had full confidence in them. They did not let me down! I highly recommend them! My tech, Luis, is the best!
James was prompt, courteous, and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue.
They seem up front honest they spend the time with you to go over everything.That is one of the reasons that helped me make my decision to use their company.My yard is important to me and they did a good job in trying to prevent as much damage in my yard as possible.They did a great job there on time they listened to my concerns I would use them again and also recommend them to my friends.
Bill came out to fix a leak in our kitchen sink and was exceptional -extremely helpful and personable. Fixed the leak and thoroughly explained the problem and what he was doing. Highly recommend! We decided to go with their maintenance package.
Marco is very knowledgeable and truly patient. Before and after photos saved to my profile. In addition to HVAC maintenance Joey arrived for plumbing maintenance.
