I am beyond happy with my choice to use Johnny on the Spot! From the initial visit for an estimate I knew they were the right team for me. They took extra special care with my house, were extremely professional and on time, and I just had full confidence in them. They did not let me down! I highly recommend them! My tech, Luis, is the best!

Tyler and immanuel are great! Probably the only plumbing service in the area that wont scam you for unneeded repairs. Other companies over quoted me and tried to sell me on things i didnt need. Tyler is super knowledgeable and cares about getting it done right the first time
Very friendly and knowledgeable and it was a quick install thank goodness as I about expired from the heat. I really appreciate everything they did. I would recommend them.
Augustine and Joel were great. I have several services done during the same service call and they worked seamlessly together to get everything done to my satisfaction. They were friendly and professional and I'd be happy to have both of them back for future service calls.

24 hours ago I would have given them one star. Miscommunication and added on costs left a bad taste in my mouth. BUT yesterday afternoon I called and spoke to a supervisor and he was excellent (his name was Eric). He listened, acknowledged my concerns, explained things in ways I understood, apologized, and refunded some money. I didn't expect any of that. I expected a "Thanks for calling; we'll pass your concerns along." He's an asset to the company. I'll use JOTS again in the future. They clearly care about the customer. Recommend.

Ernesto came out to help us with our AC and he was great. Very polite and professional the whole time, made everything easy to understand for us, and made sure we didn't have any questions. Would absolutely call them again!
