Bryant suggested to install CARBON MONOXIDE ALARM, at the attic where heater was located which we agreed and bought.He could have suggested (Fire and CO alarm)

7/29/2024. Monday
Our water heater (6 yrs old) just quit on us.I called Bryant who in turn informed the office, Johnny on the Spot, she called me right away and made my appointment, texted me when Alex will be coming.
They came, looked, explained whats wrong and gave the estimate.
Started working and found out that there is still remaining warranty so he decreased the quoted amount to more than one third less on initial quoted prize. .
All together the time from calling to finishing the whole job of replacing the whole water heater took less than four hours.
ALEX is very knowledgeable courteous and very honest and has integrity.
Bryant came again this year to do a yearly check up on my A/C unit before the summer heat kicks in. And I'm glad he did because the state my unit was in was pretty nasty. After Bryant cleaned it though it looked like new again. I definitely would, and do, recommend Johnny on the Spot. Thanks again guys for your professionalism and courtesy.

Hector and the guys came out today to install a whole new heating and air conditioning unit. I'm super excited to see how well it works in the summer. We went from a 3.5 ton to a 4 ton. ???? it does. Once again everyone was very professional and cleaned up after they finished. If your not using Johnny on the Spot for your heating and cooling needs I have one question for you. WHY NOT??!!

Gabriel came out today to do a summer service check on my A/C. Everything was tip top because it's a brand new unit that was installed in March. But I still took advantage of the service. It's always easy dealing with Johnny on the Spot, everyone is sooooo nice and helpful.

Today my son noticed we had rain coming in through the heating unit. We had just replaced my A/C and heater in March this year so I immediately called Johnny on the Spot. Luis came to our rescue! He braved the rain and went up on our roof to check things out. He noticed a crack around a covering on the pipe and used some caulking and fixed it right up! I just love Johnny on the Spot, they get things done and in a timely manner to! I highly recommend you call them with any of your repair needs. They WILL take good care of you! ????

For some reason our A/C unit started blowing warm air then wouldn't come on at all. Once again Gabriel came to our rescue! There was a power outage at our place and that apparently had something to do with the unit acting up. This is a brand new A/C unit so I'm hoping this doesn't happen again. Thank you Johnny on the Spot for coming out so quickly!
Alex did a great job! Completely solved the problem, and in a very short time. Very pleased!
