It was a pleasure dealing with a company that has people who are great at customer service. I called and was able to get an appointment for the next day. The communication was wonderful from the time the appointment was booked. My appointment was between 11-2. I received a message when Bryant my technician was on the way. He was professional, courteous and fixed my heater. I appreciated his honesty as well. He did not replace things that didn't need to be replaced. I am happy to have heat and I know that my unit will need to be replaced soon. Bryant provided me with a couple of good estimates. He also provided pictures of my unit and explained what he did. The technician was very nice. I bought the maintenance plan which is reasonable and includes two services per year, no service fee and 20% discount on repairs. He did try to sell me a new system because mine is getting older and starting to have issues but I am continuing to do research on what is needed and best deal I can get. I don’t fault him for that.
