Great and professional service!
I own several properties and have used at least 6 different a/c vendors. For my home, I have chosen Johny on the Spot after experiencing their willingness to accommodate my issues. In my most recent experience, they got here on time, were extremely concerned about cleanliness, and despite encountering logistical problems, held to their estimate, and completed the job in one, very long day, staying well into the evening to assure we would have a/c overnight on a 110 degree day. I will use them again when the need arises.
Gabriel from Johnny on the spot addressed the water leak issue from the ceiling in less than a hour he fixed the drain tray and piping associated with it. Ensured the problem did not happen of leaking after fixing it. The schedule team was so helpful to get someone same day to address the issue. My 5 stars to Johnny on the spot. Thank you
