The garbage disposal basically wasn't working. Shawn came out & looked. He suggested he could fix it but it was 14 years old so recommended we replace it with a new one. The cost was too high if we used the one on his truck so we were able to buy our own & he came back at my first available time. He was professional & the installation went well.
