My shower was leaking into my garage . They responded quickly and fixed the issue. They let me know every step they took to fix the leak. I'm would recommend them to anyone .
Easy, smooth, friendly, and quick
We had a leak under our master bathroom sink that our sensor detected and called Johnny On The Spot. Aside from the wait for the technician to arrive, the service was great. Oscar Casillas was sent over to us and let me tell you, he was awesome. The young man knows his stuff and was very personable. The pricing was good for all of our valves being replaced, which we get to see Oscar again to replace the rest due to it being late in the evening. Thank you again Oscar and Johnny On The Spot. Highly recommend.

Jeff at Johnny on the spot plumbing was very professional, on time and very knowledgeable about locating leaks in our water system. I would highly recommend him.
Responded promptly to emergent need. Jeff, the technician took time to educate us on the problem we were experiencing and the solutions which he was employing. I was able to use the Southern Nevada Water District rebate for leak detection.
Jeff was awesome, friendly, and professional. We had an interesting situation with a kitchen faucet that I thought I broke. He replaced both the hot and cold water valves and even tightened everything up for me. I will use Johnny On the Spot from here on out, as they are truly a local company, not a private equity company. This means their employees are empowered to do what they are good at and what they are trained for.
Dimytrius did a phenomenal job fixing the leak on my drain! He was very professional, communicated clearly the whole time, and got everything fixed in no time. It's not often you find someone that works this efficiently and takes pride in what they do. Highly recommend him — five stars all the way!
Was at my local Target and saw a lady wearing a Johnny On the Spot T shirt, and bc I had been thinking about getting my water heater assessed, I chatted with her, she was so sweet! I've seen them around for a while now and have only heard good things from a few neighbors and co workers of mine. I think her name was Jess! Just wanted to shout out a good employee when I see one :)
