Bill was very friendly and knowledgeable, even though my fathers house needs quite a bit of repairs ( he just passed and my sister and I needed to resolve some plumbing issues before we sell) he was kind thoughtful and estimates were given before he started and as situation got worse money was actually taken back to help alleviate future costs, very rare for plumbing company! I understand why Johnny on the spot gets great reviews and they couldn't help what needed fix but were honest about options. Very satisfied and highly recommend, also saw video evidence of problems and that was helpful for our decisions and future sell of house. Thanks! Made the best of a bad situation!
I called Johnny-On-The-Spot, they scheduled me "on the spot", within an hour I had the service performed. The two technicians they sent were professional and very friendly I will use this company again.
Smooth service except they forgot a piece for my new toilet and had to wait another hour and a half after initial install. Overall would use again.
Daniel was on time, fixed 2 clogged garbage disposals and reinforced tips to avoid future problems. Congenial and reviewed potential future repairs without pressure to act now.
