The water spout in the front yard broke last night and we immediately called Johnny On The Spot. We were able to get an appointment for this afternoon which was fine but then I got a call at 8 this morning letting me know that they could come within the hour. That definitely worked for me since the sooner it was fixed the better!
Our tech, Oscar, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained the process really well and got right to work. The repair was done fairly fast and the pricing wasn't at all bad. It was really great service all around!
