Johnny on the Spot saved the day once again. I have a 3 year old water heater and the Company I used for the install disappeared. Had some hot water discoloration and my friends at Johnny on the Spot sent Oscar out. Oscar fluted the radiator, and we learned the Rod had completely disintegrated. Within an hour I was back in business. Super happy as always with the Service, Responsiveness, and super-cool associates in all departments at JOTS! Thanks again.

Mr Gabriel Gomez explained what he will do, answered all my questions, and finished every steps for my AC unit. Johny on the spot sent a reminder the day before allowing changes, texted when the technician was on his way????
My water emergency shut off valve and pressure reducing valve were 20+ years old and had a lot of corrosion and was on its last leg. Jomari and Oscar arrived promptly to replace this item, and they did an excellent job. I appreciated the politeness and professionalism, not to mention they maintained a cleanly work environment and respectful to my property. This isn't my first time using Johnny On the Spot, and won't be my last. I only trust them, especially after having other companies in the past work on other projects and not maintain the same high standard and quality. 10/10!!!
