Matt did such a great job. He made sure to explain everything going on and this is not the fist time using this company to get things done. At my old home across town the HAVAC was done and water heater. Here at my folks old home HAVAC, kitchen sink, plumbing ect. Pick Jonny on the Spot they are good people.

Oscar came to our home to unplug a clogged drain. What he thought would take a few hours. The clog was worse than he imagined but he stayed with the job for six hours. He did not eave until the kitchen drain and the main drain were clear. He made sure we saw the problems he encountered on the camera as he tackled the problem
He was wonderful and quick. Fixed everything great and hooked the dryer back up.
Needed my dryer vent cleaned and my dryer hose hooked up to the proper vent. On a Sunday no less Cassey (Kc) was sent out to my house to do the job. He was great to work with did a great job very friendly and personable very informative and answered all my questions. I will be requesting him as my technician for all future HVAC issues.

Wow! I had a water leak in my garage and called Johnny On The Spot and they were out in an hour to fix it. They kept me informed on the work, incredibly efficient, reasonable on the price and friendly. Highly recommend!
Five star service and Five star work. I had both my main water line and my sewer replaced and Shawn was professional and took time to explain everything and was there for every step of the process. Shawn gets FIVE STARS too!

I needed my tankless water heater flushed and inspected, so I found Johnny on the Spot on Yelp. I chatted with their customer service team first — they were super helpful and easy to work with.
Shawn came out for the job and right away asked a few questions about my system before getting started. He explained how long everything would take and did a full inspection while the flush was running. He was very thorough and professional, even took pictures and showed me what to keep an eye on.
What I really appreciated is that he wasn't pushy at all — no upselling or pressure, just honest and quality work.
Definitely recommend Johnny on the Spot if you want reliable, professional service done right!
For a young guy, Matt's capabilities are well beyond his years. Impressed.
