I have been lucky with plumbers recently and Larry is a standout with Johnny On The Spot.
I'm really happy that I purchased the membership with Johnny on the Spot. It's a great value for having them come out to maintain my AC and heater unit. They also included a complimentary plumbing check, which I appreciated.
They did find a few issues, but the repairs were reasonably priced and clearly explained. I'm very satisfied with the quality of their work. Their call service team is friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole process smooth.
Kudos to Cassey, Bryant, Jose, and the plumber whose name I unfortunately forgot - they were all kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly.

Larry was the first technician to come out to determine why we had No Hot water. He was knowledgeable, professional & explained in detail what our issue was. Very helpful. The Repair Technicians Matt, Hermes & Andy were great also! All were professionals.. very knowledgeable and extremely hard working in an effort to repair our issues (major leaks, broken pipes) in an efficient and timely manor. Very grateful for the entire crew!
Water heater flush and whole house plumbing inspection was done. Water heater rod was overdue for replacement, Shawn was friendly, a dn the job was done quick and efficient.
