Began using JOTS for 2 years now, they removed an ancient A/c unit in the townhouse I bought and installed a new a/c system. Been using their services since then and my experience has been 5 STAR service every time they need to come out to my place to give the system a tune up or make repairs. Yesterday, their team showed up at the agreed appointment time to do a tune up on my system.
