We were very impressed by the service we received from Johnny On The Spot. The work was performed in a very high quality and efficient manner. Gabriel and KC were very knowledgeable and friendly. The overall process was smooth and stress free and it was obvious that this company has a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. One notable item was that the thoroughness was way beyond anything we have received in the past from other vendor services. Overall, the work exceeded our expectations.
Amazing service and value. Under an hour from first phone call at 7:30 pm to arrival. Dispatch will keep you updated, and they text a photo of the plumber before they arrive, for verification purposes.
Jeff was incredibly helpful, diagnosed the issue quickly, and immediately stopped the leak. He gave me a short tutorial on how my plumbing had failed, how to mitigate the issue in the future, and only quoted me a price for that level of fix after I requested it.
Pricing was extremely reasonable. Forever my first choice for all future plumbing projects, planned and unplanned in Las Vegas!
