My tech from Johnny on the Spot came out to do a diagnostic on my dryer vent. He discovered that the builder stucco'd the vents shut. He sent me all the pictures to submit a claim against the builder. My tech was on time, prompt, and helpful. Would recommend to anyone.
James showed up on time, checked and cleaned both systems and made sure they were ready for the season.

I was very happy with Luis. He takes his time and thoroughly checked my Heating system. He patiently answered my many questions about what he was doing with my two units. I appreciated Luis' efforts!
