I had an excellent experience working with Bryant Zarazua from Johnny on the Spot. The AC and heating work he performed was outstanding from start to finish—thorough, efficient, and clearly done with a high level of expertise. What really stood out was his professionalism and attention to detail; he took the time to carefully inspect the system and identified potential fire hazards left behind by a previous contractor, Summit, whose earlier work had not been completed to a safe standard. Bryant explained everything clearly, corrected the issues properly, and made sure the system was not only running efficiently but safely. His integrity, skill, and commitment to quality workmanship truly set him apart, and I would highly recommend both him and Johnny on the Spot to anyone needing reliable HVAC service. This was left inside the heating unit by summit. I'm happy he found it and brought it to my attention. Granted the work was costly, but when the job is done right, it's the peace of mind I'm really paying for knowing the job was done right the first time
Noticed a leak coming down from the master bathroom into the kitchen. Without hesitation, we contacted Johnny on the Spot to come. They sent out Carlos to assess the damage. Within a few hours, Carlos was done with the whole repair. 10 out of 10. Would recommend. Thanks again to Carlos.
