Absolutely would highly recommend Johnny on the Spot. My daughter had a leak and they came out and went above and beyond for 2 days to locate the leak.. When locating the leak which wound up being the outside pipe leading from the street to the house. Luis and Matt were friendly and professional. They did everything to make it as easy and stress free as possible. The price I considered to be very fair . If I could give them a million stars I would.
Matt and his assistant were absolutely great. Very professional. Matt explained everything and had the new Manifold installed in record time. Kudos to Matt on an outstanding job. He also was able to repair a toilet that had started leaking the night before he came. Kudos again to Matt.

My water softener wasn't working correctly. Went through Home Depot Pro Referral. Bill and Jerry came for the estimate, diagnosed, explained the repair options to me and they got it fixed! They were very knowledgeable, professional and on time! Def recommend.
Excellent service today! They were very prompt in getting a repair technician to our home very quickly. Our technician Cassey (Kc) was very friendly and made us feel like valued customers and was very thorough with his service assessment and options for repairs. A job well done to Kelly and his team. We had the HVAC and thermostat installations done in one day. Kelly gave a very detailed explanation on the work scope before he started working and kept us in the loop during the process. They cleaned up and tested the new install before they left after a long day. Thanks again! We have been a Johnny on the Spot member for over 7 years and overall very pleased with their services.
