I appreciated the honest concern for my well being and searching for a solution. It meant a lot.
We got home and our temperature was over 85°. Call Johnny on the spot. And within 45 minutes, Anthony Pham Showed up with a huge smile on his face and said don't worry we're gonna get you taken care of. He diagnosed the issue, Told me he would get the parts ordered right away first thing in the morning. Came back with two Portable AC units to make sure that we could get a good nights sleep! First thing in the morning got a call said they can have the parts today and would have me taken care of. By the time I got home from work, Anthony had it. And the home already cooling down. Thank you to Anthony and Johnny on the Spot For being efficient, friendly, and going the extra mile. Five star review all day every day! Highly recommend.

I contacted Johnny on the spot for Condenser coil cleaning on 2, 3 ton air conditioning units and a tuneup. They sent Tyson a home comfort specialist. He is polite and knowledgeable about his profession. I have a contract with a different company but it was ok to do the task that I needed.He quickly found a discrepancy in the high side pressure on one unit the the previous technician said I was low on refrigerant. Tyson contacted me and said the unit in question was not low on refrigerant. In the end he saved me hundreds of dollars. Thank you, Don,S
