I can't say enough good things about Joey and Johnny on the Spot. Even though we ultimately didn't end up using their services because the issue turned out not to be plumbing-related, Joey went above and beyond to help us every step of the way.
He was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we understood what was going on. He took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly, offered helpful suggestions, and never once made us feel pressured.
It's rare to come across someone so professional and easy to work with. If their customer service is any indication of the quality of their work, I would absolutely recommend Johnny on the Spot to anyone in need of plumbing services. Joey is a true standout, and we wouldn't hesitate to reach out again in the future.
The technician was excellent and he was very knowledgeable about his job and plus he covered other issues that showed up in other areas that needed fixing down the road.
Tried to uninstall my broken dishwasher to make room for the new one and ended up flooding my kitchen due to a busted valve! Julian came out on a Saturday evening and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was very knowledgeable about all things plumbing related and showed me tips for preventing future incidents. Julian was also extremely helpful in explaining the various services provided by the company. I would definitely recommend Johnny On The Spot for any and all plumbing needs! Wonderful service, reasonable prices, and amazing responsiveness and availability!

Johnny On the Spot has been grea to us. We had to get a new system for our house last year and their price point, along with their great customer service won us over. We've had the same tech over for maintenance and its always pleasant. Gabe is a nice dude and efficient. Our new system is running well and we couldn't be happier.
