The service was fairly good. We had a bit of a hiccup with scheduling but when Hugo & Manny finally came out to do the job, they were very efficient. It turned out a bit harder than expected but they fixed everything appropriately.
Shawn was great. In addition to assessing the problem he gave me recommendations and plumbing knowledge.
