I installed a "smart" thermostat and couldn't get it to work, no power. At 76 yoa and afraid of heights, I called my brother in law to help check for fuses on the hvac unit in the attic. Couldn't find anything. Called Johnny on the spot, requested Gabe, who made it out, along with Marco. They checked out my install, said done right, then said the'd check fuses on hvac in attic. Bingo, found blown fuse. Everything works then. They programmed my thermostat and my phone to the thermostat too. Great guys.
Had my duct work replaced today by Luis and Erick. They made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions regarding the installation and the product. Very professional, neat & most of all courteous throughout the entire process! I would def recommend them for duct installation! Shout out to Jose as well for scheduling this to suit MY schedule. 'Preciate you ALL!
