I had a variety of plumbing issues handled at my house today. The plumber that responded, Jeff Faulkner, did an exceptional job and was an extremely nice and helpful gentleman. Highly recommend this company, a class act!
Bryant was out. I know it was suppose to be between 11am and 2pm, but in this weather I can understand running behind because of unseen problems. no problem. Logan kept in touch and Bryant came in, finished the install and cleaned up. very friendly and professional. Erik and his crew that came yesterday was A-one. they worked a long day and always had a smile. everything went well from james, to the install guys and it was a quick turn around to get the system in.

They installed our system a year ago both AC and furnace. Very happy with the equipment. They have been very accomodating and professional from installation to maintenance visit. Never had a problem getting a prompt visit when needsd. Knowledgeable techs and great customer service.
Jeff was very friendly and was able to take care of our situation. He was great at explaining everything and discussing our options moving forward!
I would highly recommend Johnny on the Spot. They were very professional and provided a five star service from beginning to end. I called & got a same day estimate from Jose who answered all of our questions about their products & process in detail. Their pricing and warranty was by far one of the best, if not the best. Installation of a new mini split was quickly scheduled & installed by a competent two man team, Erick and Aram. They covered everything on the inside with plastic & even wore shoe covers without being asked. Everything was left clean as if they weren't even there. Despite, an old electrical hiccup & a heavy rain down pour, this professional team got the job done! Their excellent communication & trouble shooting skills was very much appreciated. They really went above and beyond. I couldn't be more pleased with their service & my new mini split.
Luis, a plumber of Johnny on the Spot is very thorough in diagnosing and working on my toilet problem. He gave some maintenance tips. He is an asset to the company.
They saved us and Our pets .. we live in a mobile home and our AC stopped running , they sent Team Member Gabriel who was really fast, very professional, he worked with his boss to give us the best price out there , Thank You , my poor little pets were down and out and now hoping around and back to normal ????
