Alex sent a text when he was on his way, showed up on time looking clean and professional. He accessed the issue, gave us options, and completed the job exactly how he explained it would be done. I would not hesitate to use Johnny on the Spot , or Alex, again in the future.
Jomari Roldan came to flush our water heater unit. He was very professional and polite! He went above and beyond! He did a thorough inspection and doubled checked all of his work! He checked all of our indoor plumbing for leaks and made sure no air was in the lines! We are very pleased with Jomari and the entire Johnny on the spot team!
