Johnny on the Spot's team was amazing! I had Brock and Mason stop by my place to clean the dryer vent out of a new house I bought. I got communication when they were headed my way and they were able to work around my busy schedule! I expressed that I had work and wouldn't be back until 6 pm and they were able to come promptly after that and put in a special note to come after 6. This just shows the company is geared toward excellent customer service.
Mason and Brock were cleanly and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond what they had to do and I'm so thankful for them. They wore booties and brought a vacuum up to clean up dust, they left the laundry room clean and the vent cleaner!

I'd like thank our AC technician, Brandon Lono for being so helpful. He was super knowledgeable, kind, and took the time to explain what was going on with our unit, and what best next steps we should take.
