I booked an appointment online this morning and they came the same day at 5pm. My water heater had ruptured and I had no hot running water in the house.They replaced the water heater in 2 hours and gave me all the information on maintenance. Fast and reliable service!
We experienced MAJOR issues in our home and I googled plumbers and found Johnny on the Spot. From the receptionist to the technicians to the management team we were not disappointed what so ever. They were detailed, honest and sat with us for a lengthy amounts of time to create a plan that worked for our needs. Johnny on the spot has fast response time. Their Tech Michael is excellent. Walked us through what was going to be done. Great cleaning work and great personality. My old HVAC system went out - I ended up having to replace everything and they were able to get out within a day and get everything completed within a half a day. Excellent service as always. Thankful to have my air up and running heading into a hot week :)

JOTS - Salespeople, customer service, technicians, were all very professional, experienced, friendly and quite knowledgeable about what they do. Cassey Villadiego is one of their best heat/ac service representatives. I'm always going to request Cassey from now on. I would highly recommend this company for any/all HVAC services.
This is the second time that I have used Johnny on the spot. First time was from a hot water heater. This time was for vent cleaning from my dryer. Both times this company was extremely professional, prompt, courteous, and all technicians took their time and thoroughly completed their jobs. May I add that pricing was also extremely fair! I highly recommend Johnny on the spot.
Technician arrived on time, performed maintainess on cooler/heater in a timely manner, for the quoted price. I recommend this family-owned, small business, and will continue to use them as needed.
