Started getting cold. Time to fire up the heater. Replaced all the filters, and turned on "Heat". We have 3 stations using one big system. 2 of the 3 worked perfectly. But #3 was dead. Nothing. With our previous excellent service from Johnny on the Spot, decided to call them. Called at 1:45pm. They set the appointment for 2:00 - 5:00 same day! Bryant showed up at 3:15 ????. Turns out it was a bad motor on station 3. He had to run and get one, was back in 45 minutes. Fixed everything perfectly, and made additional adjustments to all 3 so they would be efficient. So happy. Thank you for another awesome job.

From discovery of my broken water heater, to calling for service, to diagnoses and installation of a new heater, took 4 hours! Price was a little on the high side but they worked with me.
