Very courteous great service
Initially, I had a less favorable opinion of this company. However, after speaking with the owner, Johnny, and having two of his technicians assess my plumbing system and AC unit, my perspective changed. I was thoroughly impressed with their punctuality, professionalism, expertise, and clear communication. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. ????????
I had a severe water heater burst on a Sunday afternoon. Called the top google search first and got an AI respondent. Then called Johnny on the Spot and got a real person. They were able to get someone out to me within the hour. Shawn showed up and assessed the damage and contacted a restoration company on my behalf. He went over several options to get the water heater replaced by JOTP. He was friendly and courteous. He even removed the old water heater so that the restoration company could get to work quickly. He returned the next to look at the damage and put in a loop where the water was so that both sides of the faucets would run water. We discussed the progression of the repairs. The water heater was on a drywalled stand and needed to be repaired before the new one could be installed. He lined up an electrical water heater for a temp solution until work could be done. Once the pedistal was repaired, Shawn was able to line up another plumber, Eddie, to come out and install it the same day. Shawn showed up later and assisted finishing the job. The work was clean and everything is working once again. I'll be calling them for all my plumbing needs.

A/C stopped working late afternoon. Condo was 98 degrees inside Called late afternoon to Johnny on the spot and they sent tech in less than 4 hours and repaired AC
Gabriel Gomez was polite, explained the situation and answered all my questions. He took the time to explain the best way to get the temp down from 98 degrees to 78 degrees. Would recommend them to all my neighbors. What I really liked was that they are family owned and most other AC repairs are franchise.
Gabriel Gomez was the technician assigned to my AC issues. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything in terms I could understand and actually fixed the issue.
