Jeff was awesome, friendly, and professional. We had an interesting situation with a kitchen faucet that I thought I broke. He replaced both the hot and cold water valves and even tightened everything up for me. I will use Johnny On the Spot from here on out, as they are truly a local company, not a private equity company. This means their employees are empowered to do what they are good at and what they are trained for.
Dimytrius did a phenomenal job fixing the leak on my drain! He was very professional, communicated clearly the whole time, and got everything fixed in no time. It's not often you find someone that works this efficiently and takes pride in what they do. Highly recommend him — five stars all the way!
Was at my local Target and saw a lady wearing a Johnny On the Spot T shirt, and bc I had been thinking about getting my water heater assessed, I chatted with her, she was so sweet! I've seen them around for a while now and have only heard good things from a few neighbors and co workers of mine. I think her name was Jess! Just wanted to shout out a good employee when I see one :)

Jeff was great, they were able to come on the same day and help me out of a tight bind. I also learned something about my tankless hot water heater. I would use Johnny on the spot again.
