I was getting the runaround from a different plumbing company and decided to call Johnny on the Spot. From the first call, I received fast and friendly service and they clearly had a much higher level of competency when answering my questions and offering solutions. Travis showed up today and was awesome! He was very thorough and patiently answered all of my questions on both my current plumbing issue as well as a couple other concerns. Based on my experience so far, we have requested an estimate on some AC work that also needs to be done and have that scheduled for tomorrow. I am a very happy customer and highly recommend Johnny on the Spot for your plumbing and AC needs ????

Luis was great! Very friendly and even though he didn't have the parts he needed to fix the plumbing issue, he quickly found another truck with the parts, kept me updated throughout the process, and got everything fixed!
James did a great job. He walked us through the process from the beginning. He replaced the filters and was very supportive. He explained everything he intended to do and the order he did it in. Excellent employee!!!
I would like to thank Mr Luis Chabez, from Plumbing Department. He did inspect/checked the water line, water heater, my laundry room, bathrooms to include shower heads , sinks and the main water line to make sure it's in a good condition. First he explained all the procedures he's going to perform and then give me the breakdown of what part needed to replace. Everything went well. Mr Chabez was very respectful and answers all my questions and concerns. This is my second year of service from Johnny on the Spot. I'm happy with the service provided by Luis and the company. Thanks Luis and Johnny on the spot for a well done job.

Jose and Eddie arrived early and introduced themselves. Both technicians answered my questions and gave me detailed information on what they would be doing. Had a whole house duct system replaced. The house was built in 1989 and the duct system was in bad shape. Many hot summers in Vegas. Viewed the pictures they took and saw the before and after. They du a wonderful job. Kudos to them both. Thank you.
