I called 3 reputable places to fix my water heater. Johnny On The Spot was the only one that was able to come out the same day. Their prices were comparable to the other 2 places I called. As for the technicians, they were fantastic...professional, courteous, personable, knowledgeable, and skilled.
Great plumbing company! Professional, reliable, and efficient. Their parts runners Erin and Daniel kept everything moving smoothly and made sure the technicians had what they needed. Excellent teamwork and service—I'd definitely recommend them.
We had two guys Danny & Tyson come to replace our air conditioning filters. They were extremely respectful, and did the job professionally and promptly. We hope to see them again in a few months. We were very pleased with their service.

I have found Johnny on the Spot to to fair, reasonable, honest and a delight to do business with for my heating and AC needs. The workers that come to are always personable and efficient. Eddie was at the house last week to replace my ac ducts that were failing. He and his coworker Jeffry delivered work and customer service that were exceptional. As a former facilities manager I know good work.
Marco was great he explained everything that needed to be done an experienced and knowledgeable technician I was so pleased and I felt comfortable with the company I became a member and I switched to Jonny On The Spot!
Alfredo and Danny arrived on time to provide the annual water heater flush. Unfortunately we were not aware of the need to inspect all faucets and valves. The scheduler failed to tell us about that and we were unable to provide access to the inside today. Alfredo and Danny were both professional and polite and understanding. We have rescheduled for the work to be done. Dealing with Johnny on the Spot is always a good experience. Highly recommend the company.

Alfredo, Danny, and Jon arrived on time to perform maintenance services on my A/C system and water heater. I was pleased with their expertise and will continue to use their services in the future.
They were efficient, knowledgeable, and respectful. Each person explained the process, what/how the components worked and how to extend their lifespan.
