You guys, especially Dalten Diggs are lifesavers. After an urgent issue regarding toilet/water leaks over a week ago, Home Depot along with affiliated installers won't make the install till May, I tried Lowe's who promised urgent work but end up a 2 week wait. I called you for an urgent service and you delivered within less than 24 hours with an absolutely outstanding service by Dalten! You really lived up to your name: "Johnny on the Spot". The technician was quick to diagnose what the issue was. It wasn't what was originally thought. He didn't give up until he found what the issue was. He was able to fix it very very quickly. Then while he was here, he went ahead and did the maintenance on two of the units AC units, and found that there was a part that was below recommended specs from the manufacturer. Luckily, you had the part on his truck. He quickly made that change out. Very professional. Very personable. I look forward to working with him in the future.
I just moved here from Washington State and I'm grateful to have found Johnny On The Spot! ?? Jose Diaz was my technician today. Very kind and answered all my questions. Jose work was very thorough both inside and outside which included cleaning & setting everything up for the summer. He always services the equipment well and is ready to return, as might be needed. I do & have lived in the middle of a construction area for 4 years, so it has the potential need of good year round care. Jose is also knowledgeable in additional care that is available, along with the costs. Thank you!
