AA Costello (Super Vibes LA), This year

i had another company come out right before and the second Mike walked in, the vibe was there and I knew this company would take care of the issues and solve all my problems. He was so approachable but most of all just so calm and knowledgeable. He put me at ease. No tricks, no gimmicks or BS. This is a family owned company, they know the ins and outs and are such a pleasure to work with. I had all the confidence in the world. Mike and his manager Art took care of me and went out of their way to deliver above and beyond. I felt so reassured. Their pricing was incredible and they helped me out so much, even doing a free sewer scope and so much work. They did so much for us, couldn't be happier!

These guys were great! I was in a pinch, they hit me up after I requested info and within an hour I had them at my place to fix my issue. They also saved me more cost and found a solution to my issue without cutting a hole in my wall or charging me some obscene amount of money. Great customer service, great communication, great company. Highly recommend them. Awesome job guys.

A plumber screwed up a push down drain installing a new faucet. It leaked, he came back a total of three times. He said it was the factory fault and it would cost $200 to come back and install the part. Called Johnny on the Spot and they sent Shawn. He was very methodical and did some gerrymandering and installed it where so far does not leak. Liked him a lot, and said he would come back and fix it, if didn't work. Plan on using this company with Shawn our go to guy.
