Joey Ortega was very helpful. We are going through a tough time with a leak and dealing with insurance companies who don't seem to care and it was a breath of fresh air to have someone like Joey. Highly recommend Johnny on the spot.

Karieffe was excellent, taking time to explain how the ac was functioning.
He also recommended things that could be done to improve performance.
