Jose was easy to work with!
My tech Alex who came out was great ! He was very informative and thorough with my service.
This is the second time I had some service done with Johnny on the spot and got the same detailed and knowledgeable experience. I got my water heater service and the explained every single process. It included a water test and they recommended some additional items to consider for the future. I also liked that they were not pushing to sell stuff and even gave me details on the softener and filter options while my tank was draining. Would recommend Carson due to his professionalism.
Omar with Johnny on the Spot was so great, he showed up on time. was very professional, and installed my new water softener, and hauled away my old one. I highly recommend this company!
Bill was excellent went above and beyond to try to troubleshoot my issues with water heater
