Danny! I appreciated his explanations and going through a lot of detailed information in a way my husband and I could fully understand. I've used Johnny on the Spot a few times now, and have found this company is often sales focused, that's just my personal experience, so it's best to ask for specific people. Definitely ask for Danny, as I'll be doing from now on.

Their technician Arturo was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He made me feel at ease knowing my unit would be working before he departed. James, Luis, and the team were fantastic. We received a comprehensive A/C and heater replacement, including duct cleaning. So far, everything is functioning perfectly.

Showed up on time, everytime. No pressure sales. Courteous, respectful and worked hard from beginning to end. While it's expensive to replace two entire AC/furnace units, I think that the attentiveness to detail and pride in work the technicians demonstrated left me feeling confident every penny spent on these professionals is worth it.
