I was lucky enough to have had probably the kindest, most well organized, brightest crew anyone could have asked for. They worked so well together!
I had planned to replace my A/C and already had an estimate. 1 call to Jose when it died and everything came together smoothly, and at a price much lower than one of their trash-talking competitors.
I had a new Daiken A/C, R-8 ducting, an air scrubber, additional insulation blown in, and an attic fan installed. There were no upsells. These were all things I requested. They installed everything beautifully after removing a 30 year old a/c and duct system. Truly a mammoth task in 108° heat on a roof and attic!
Financing literally took 4 minutes through Greensky. (Greensky handles financing for various contractors for many landscape or construction type things)

Before Johny On The Spot one company came over and checked my Airconditioning because my house temperature was higher than my setting. He was telling me that I have to change the compressor $5800.00 or the whole system and quoted me $23,000.00- $24,000.00 . I'm a woman but I know how business works. This man scared me and will never contact this company again.
So yesterday Mr. James came over ( Johny On The Spot) to diagnose what's wrong. He was here for quite a while because he checked the whole system and also went to the attic. The other guy didn't even go to the attic to see what's wrong.
Anyway Mr. James explained everything and asked him about the problem. It's working really good right now and showed me pictures that might be a problem in the future. Very knowledgeable friendly clean and used his shoe covers the whole time. I then asked that if I will change the system how much will it cost me and he gave me options. I'm so grateful for his honesty and for not pressuring me at all. I've dealt a lot of companies before but nothing like him. It's very hard to find and honest person especially when it comes to Airconditioning or any housework. So guys if you have problems with your AC please contact this company and ask for Mr. James. He's not a salesman he is a very knowledgeable technician
I really do appreciate his honesty and expertise and if I need a new system, I will definitely give him the business.
