Johnny On The Spot installed and has been taking care of our HVAC units since we moved here in 2019. They have always been very professional and persistent to make sure they are in good shape so we will not be inconvenienced by an outage in the Vegas summer.
This week Jose Diaz came out as scheduled and performed the annual maintenance on our air conditioner units. He is very knowledgeable and a good worker.
Julian is very thoughtful and provides educational feedback. He is very thorough and knowledgeable
Eddie Vargas was very knowledgeable and thorough with cleaning my air ducts. He was training Jose and Maikol very well. They took their time and made sure it was done properly. All three of them were very friendly and polite. Thank you!

When my A/C died, on a Friday with 109° temperature after normal business hours, Johnny on the Spot took ahold of this emergency and was literally spot on!
The A/C Specialist, Adrian, arrived at the beginning of my 4 hour window sporting carpet & floor booties with the most professional, understanding, and time sensitive urgency I have ever encountered in his industry! He instantly went to work to resolve my issue as my fur babies and I couldn't bare the heat any longer. Prior to arrival I was well informed of my financial obligation and Adrian did not bother with "Shop Talk".
In very little time on the roof, I heard the unit turn on, then I felt that amazing cool blast from the vents, watched the thermostat drop 3° before he even came back to the door. I was well informed about the source of the issue as well as any preventative measures going forward.
He checked the temperature coming from all my vents and confirmed the system cooling properly. I was so grateful all I could do was offer cold drinks and fruit because words are not enough nor is this heat forgiving!
Johnny on the Spot should be so proud to have such an experienced and professional company with the BEST OF THE BEST A/C Specialist in the industry!
Joey did a great job on my hose bib repair. They showed when they said and got busy. The repair needed a little extra attention and Joey was upfront and honest. Gotta love that in today's world.
