We had an excellent experience with Marco from Johnny On The Spot for our furnace repair and service. From the moment he arrived, Marco was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to clearly explain what was going on, walked us through our options, and made sure everything was working safely and efficiently before he left.

Marco came out to look at our heat and air system. He looked at the entire system. He was personable, easy to talk to and understand. He went out of his way to give us the best deal and rate. He made me understand exactly what needed to be done. We appreciate his efforts and his pricing was cheaper than 3 other companies. We look forward to working with Marco again.

The best and easiest installation of tankless water system. Brandon and Matt were highly professional and extremely organized. They explained all the info needed to work this new water. They also helped with setting up restoration services for our house
Our heater went out late in the evening and within less than 12 hours Johnny on the Spot was at the house! Marco did a thorough inspection of our unit, quickly identified the problem, explained everything and they even replaced it the same day! Erick, Luis and Pepe were very efficient with the install and everyone we dealt with at the company was very kind, knowledgeable and professional! I would highly recommend them and I know we will be coming back for any of our HVAC and plumbing needs in the future!

They did a fantastic job. They were very responsive in setting up the appointment for an initial estimate (same-day), Marco laid out all the options in as much detail as I asked for, and then the team (Luis, Erick, Jeffre, & Eddie) got it installed within a few days of giving them the go-ahead. They always showed up on time, finished the installation in a day (and were surprisingly quiet), and cleaned up after themselves. Very respectful and professional the whole way and followed up with me multiple times to make sure I was satisfied with the work. And most importantly the new HVAC works great. Highly recommend!
