So far, my experience has been great. The technician, Joey came out and dud an initial assessment. He was awesome. Very honest about what he thought and recommended other cost effective ways to narrow down the problem. Once the work is actually done and the problem fixed, I will have a complete picture of this company but so far, I like them!

Had a new water heater installed today after my old one was leaking. Jordan was such a pleasure to work with. He explained everything, gave me several options in detail. His installation was perfect. I had to have my hvac replaced and a full duct cleaning and sanitize. Kelly and Eddy did a great job in the installation and KC did an equally great job with the duct cleaning. Shout out to Mario, Eric, and Monica in the office for keeping things on schedule. I am very happy with Johnny On The Spot and definitely recommend them.
