We needed 2 toilets adjusted as soon as possible because the flooring is being replaced. Johnny On The Spot really lived up to their name. Joey Ortega came the same day/night we called to assess what we needed. He was very professional, friendly, and the best part, he explained everything to us. He scheduled the appointment to have the tech come out the very next morning. Their professionalism and friendliness is not a fluke! Oscar Casillas, 'the tech', shows up, prifessional and friendly, and takes care of business!
We also joined their Comfy Club because we know we'll be using them from now on.

I called Johnny On The Spot late in the evening for my master bathroom shower hot water/low pressure repair, the representative scheduled an appointment the next day. The techs arrived on time. They were very patient, kind and walk me through the entire troubleshooting process, very knowledgeable - They were very happy to answer all my questions and I never felt rushed. I knew I was in good hands the moment I called. I'm happy with the repair cost, the timely repair and craftsmanship.
Came slightly early, gave price, and off we went. Will recommend and use again.
