Love the customer service over the phone! The technicians were very respectful and courteous! Pleasant and kind ro my dog who was trying to play with them! They cleaned up after themselves and even helped me with a task non-related to the appointment. Thank you! See you guys for my tune up in the spring!
I called Johnny-On-The-Spot, they scheduled me "on the spot", within an hour I had the service performed. The two technicians they sent were professional and very friendly I will use this company again.
They were so on spot they were going to be super early which is really amazing and really nice so you don't have to just wait around all day.

Had an issue, lost heat, made the call and Jose came out and took care of everything ????
Had my dryer vent duct system cleaned. Tech was on time, professional and explained everything to me. Showed me what was removed and cleaned everything up. Amazing work!
