After multiple plumbing issues, I was looking to find a competent and reliable Plumber. I saw JOTS in an ad book and decided to call them. What a great decision, couldn't be happier with their service. It was all because of Alex Ramirez, an amazing service tech. I recommend JOTS and especially Alex, I will request him again. He went the extra mile and explained my choices and found a solution that was reasonably priced. A solid company that does quality work, I highly recommend.
