Alex did a nice job. He wore foot protection, cleaned up everything, and made sure there were no leaks. He had me operate the new ???? installed equipment. He even tightened a shower head for me. He was very professional.
Showed up quick when our A/C went out, required maintenance and had it fixed from calling them to completion in under an hour.

The people that come out are so friendly and know there stuff. What a great business to deal with. They where very helpful setting up both our new wifi thermometers. Only needed warranty once in three years and they where quick to respond.

After an urgent issue regarding toilet/water leaks over a week ago, Home Depot along with affiliated installers won't make the install till May, I tried Lowe's who promised urgent work but end up a 2 week wait. I called you for an urgent service and you delivered within less than 24 hours with an absolutely outstanding service by Dalten! You really lived up to your name: "Johnny on the Spot". The technician was quick to diagnose what the issue was. It wasn't what was originally thought. He didn't give up until he found what the issue was. He was able to fix it very very quickly. Then while he was here, he went ahead and did the maintenance on two of the units AC units, and found that there was a part that was below recommended specs from the manufacturer. Luckily, you had the part on his truck. He quickly made that change out. Very professional. Very personable. I look forward to working with him in the future.
