We purchased four filters for our 1,000 square foot unit at the beginning of the year. Unfortunately, when the technician came out to replace the filter, the company had ordered the wrong size. On the second visit, the technician didn't have the filters we ordered but replaced the filter with the one we had available. Despite our efforts, we never received the items. When we contacted the company, the representative suggested that we may have misplaced them, which was disheartening. We've been dealing with this issue for quite some time. However, today, the representative reached out to us and mentioned that the technician may not remember the situation, but they will send another technician with a filter to make the switch. It's frustrating that Johnny has both our money and the product. Unfortunately, our experience with many Nevada companies has been less than satisfactory, and I'm not sure if it's a cultural issue.

Update: We appreciate Johnny for reaching out to us and promptly resolving our issue. A simple apology can make a significant difference. Once again, thank you.

Always an excellent experience with Johnny on the Spot! Jose is amazing, and I've never had anything less than awesome service from any of their techs … and that includes having an entire A/C system replaced. I recommend them highly, without reservation.
