1 day after moving into our new home we had a plumbing emergency and were helped out by Shawn. Shawn was amazing and put our minds at ease, we signed up for the comfy package and got a thorough plumbing and HVAC diagnosis. Marco was our HVAC tech and did a wonderful job explaining issues/options for me. Matt and Brandon came to install our waterless heater. They were very professional and courteous. They did a great job installing and explaining to us details and what needs to be done. Johnny On The Spot was wonderful. We got a new tankless water heater and ended up getting a new HVAC system added as well. Demytrias & Jon were the first to arrive. They were so professional and knowledgeable. The actual work was done by Regge and Jon. The work done was great and looked beautiful. You save so much space with the tankless water heater. We had a couple more visits than expected due to making sure the job was done correctly. Matt and another gentleman came back for the final visit and made sure everything was up to code and did a beautiful job on the gas pipeline. Thank you guys again for your exceptional service.
