Johnny On The Spot was fast, reliable, clean and on time. When I turned the water on in the shower, no water. Edgar diagnose the problem and walk me through step-by-step, what was going to be needed for correction. I was quoted a price, I thought was very fair as the bathroom tile had to be cut, just to get to the problem valve. The valve that needed to be replaced was no longer manufactured, so a new valve, which is larger had to be the replacement. Thus, more bathroom tile had to be cut with great care.
I had an appointment the next morning between 8:00 and 11:00. Carlos arrived at 8:00 and walked me through 2 different options and allowed me to decide. Carlos was fantastic. Beautiful job, tile was cut perfect, water valve replaced. Carlos was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you.

The tech, Joey, did an amazing job.
I called Johnny on the spot after I noticed my water heater failed. They were able to make it to my house within an hour of the call. Joey was able to verify everything and provide a variety of quotes and helped me pick the best for my situation.
