Eddie was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable Thanks
Ernesto came to clean my dryer vent, so that I can finish selling my house. He was available for same day service, which was extremely helpful. He was friendly, professional, efficient , and locked the house back up, as instructed, when finished. I am grateful that Ernesto, and Johnny On The Spot, helped me check this repair off my list
Richard with Johnny on the Spot Plumbing Heating Air has been working on my plumbing for 2 days. He's very nice, professional, considerate and knowledgeable. He throughly explains everything and doesn't leave until he's finished the job and answers all questions. If you have any plumbing issues I highly recommend Richard you won't be disappointed.
Side note: It took 2 days because of their jetter had to be recharged and he didn't want the job to be just so so, he waited so it could be done 100% correctly.
The two men that arrived to do the work were exceptional. They got right to work and were very professional, polite and informative. I will be using your service again when needed.
Anthony did a superb job overall for my home system. I am pleased with no complaints. Thank you Anthony.
Augustin was prompt and thorough, and explained everything to us along the way. He was courteous and friendly and cleaned up after himself and took away all of the trash. We could not have asked for a better technician.
Had a Dryer Vent Cleaning done. Anthony was terrific! He was polite, personable, sincere, and able to answer my questions. Not only could I see the amount of dryer lint that he removed, you're also provided pictures of before and after, of the pipe that exhausts out the roof. Glad I didn't wait too, too long to get it done. Anthony was also able to answer questions about other services they provide.
