After several other people tried and failed to fix the cooling imbalance in our home, Jordan was the first person to actually make it work. He was incredibly knowledgeable and truly listened to our concerns—including some previous scheduling hiccups we'd experienced with the company.
?Jordan went above and beyond by speaking with his manager to resolve our situation, ordering the necessary parts, and returning to redo our ducting. He was personable, thorough, and even followed up later to ensure the 'hot side' of the house was finally staying cool. If you call Jonny on the Spot, definitely ask for Jordan!"
Johnny(big Johnny) who was the initial tech and was extremely thorough in his inspection and in explaining the services we needed, why we needed them as well as our different options for those services. He helped calm down all of my mom's anxiety about the situation and he broke down pricing so we knew exactly what we were paying for every part/service. Carlos ,the tech who installed the water heater as well as a shut off valve and a regulator, was also fabulous! He was prompt, efficient and informative and did a spectacular job. He helped my mom understand exactly everything she needed to do for maintenance and how to operate the new shut off valve in case of an emergency. They were both very kind, professional and honest. Would highly recommend this company!
Johnny on the Spot is an amazing company. Luis came right out to help with our leak and Jose was here until 11 pm installing our new system. Highly recommend!

Carlos Brizuela showed up on time and very friendly and courteous. My pipe behind the refrigerator wall where the water connected to refrigerator for water and ice dispenser wasn't working, Carlos fixed it just like that and now it's working. I recommend Carlos and Johnny on the spot to everyone they were very quick and very efficient to work with.
