Great company! Alex came out to fix my plumbing issue. He was prompt, friendly, and professional. Got the job done and it was quick which I really appreciated. Highly recommend! Would use them again!
Dalten was so fantastic at quickly solving my plumbing problem. I assumed he was going to have to schedule it for 6 weeks from now after the initial evaluation. He said "I will be back in 45 minutes". He did the entire job the same time of his free estimate! Also, I looked over his work. Everything was so clean and done so orderly. Definitely a pro! To add, he had a great sense of humor. Will definitely be relying on Dalton and "Johnny on the Spot" in the future.

We first contacted them to replace our AC unit almost 3 years ago. Did a super job! Now we just had our ductwork completely redone! Very happy that job too! They provide Great customer service and very professional employees! Thank you Johnny On The Spot!!
Was very happy to have Cassey from JOTS clean our dryer vent and exchange the central air filter. He was very thorough and clean. He was very polite and professional. Appreciated very much how he put me at ease (first time calling someone out to do this work) and took the time to answered all my questions. I will be calling JOTS again for future work.
