I will most definitely hire Johnny on a Spot again. Today I had a maintenance check up and my technician was Gabriel G. I knew our system was overdue because we had no idea where our furnace was located, had thoughts, but never knew for sure.
Come to find out our filters were extremely filthy, which need to be changed out every 3 to 4 months. Gabriel was so thorough explaining to me, our furnace and our our AC unit which I greatly appreciate. He was also thorough with before and after pictures of the cleaning that he did and also showing me what should be replaced. I can tell he was very knowledgeable and I trust everything he was telling me. Thank you!
We own investment properties here in Vegas. We continue to use Johnny on the Spot for our HVAC needs. This will be our second unit replaced and numerous service calls. They are alway professional, on time and a pleasure to deal with. We continue to recommend them to our friends and family. We have another unit being replaced next week. Great service. When you find a honest company here in Vegas hold on to them.
