The whole experience was absolutely wonderful!! We are loving our new A/C unit. Pepe was very patient with me (thank you so much Pepe ????) everything was explained in detail!! The whole Johnny On The Spot team were very professional and very kind!! They all cleaned up as well after each process ???? I so appreciate that, even as far as wearing covers over their shoes to keep my floors clean, love it lol!! They gave me the opportunity to try and maintain the (very old) unit but my husband and I chose to get a new A/C unit and pay once for years to come instead of adding to the cost, so thank you to Marco for giving us a heads up, as this is our "rest of our life" home!! Well worth it, everything is up to date and cost efficient and user friendly app ????(thank you Pepe). And Johnny, you have an amazing business and crew that we can absolutely trust!! If we ever have any other issues, plumbing, etc., you will be the one we call, that's for sure!!! Once again, thank you to ALL of you and may God bless you as he blessed us ??!!!
The best thing I have done in a while to have Johnny on the spot come out to my house. You definitely need to ask for Jordan he was so good we bought the annual maintenance

He's honest, very knowledgeable, extremely respectful, knows how to set expectations, he was always available to discuss any concerns and above all, incredibly Professional – you knew he wanted to do the job right, no short cuts, no exceptions... doesn't mind getting his hands dirty. It's rare to come across a young professional who's truly motivated, hard working and makes you feel that you're his number one priority.
Throughout my entire plumbing repair experience, albeit a very challenging problem, he always brought positive vibes that was contagious, which made this stressful situation not so heavy.
