Responded very quickly to install new water heater
Had an emergency water heater blow out. Called 5 different plumbers ( even the one that did that last install 8 yrs ago) and decided to go with Johnny on the spot. They had good reviews, reasonable pricing and time availability. They where at my house 2.5 hours after initial contact. Luis came looked over the tank agreed we needed to replace it. Gave my 4 different options on price estimates. * Cash goes further! We agreed on services. He called his technician and the tank was pulled out and Installed in a few hours. Left my garage clean and disposed of everything. Luis was a great salesmen that didn't get annoyed with giving you different options. Everything is expensive but I appreciated him giving me choices. I would use them again!

Shawn was out for my annual inspection and was punctual, polite and professional. There were a couple things that he needed to fix for me and arranged to do then the next morning. Like he said, he was out mid morning and took care of my issues. Shawn is a good representative for the company. I would be glad to have him back for my next inspection. Thanks Shawn!

I always have a good experience with Johnny On The Spot. Today Luis was so thorough with my inspection and very patient with all my questions. He really went above and beyond. Can't say enough about this company and their crew.
Even with routine service, Johnny on the Spot is top notch.
Travis came to check my plumbing and drain my water heater. I knew I had a bad water softener that needed changing.
I had a new anode on hand for him to change but he couldn't get the old one out. He even tried an impact wrench and it wouldn't budge.
Travis checked and found I was still under warranty for the unit.
With this info, Johnny on the Spot was able to get me a new softener and heater and change it out the same day.
Great work as always!
Gabriel did a though check on my heater. He knew his stuff leaving me knowing he was trustworthy. I will not hesitate on calling him for any other work in the future.
