Bill was not only knowledgeable and professional but also very personable. He gave me details of what he was doing and then checked out other "plumbing, heating and air conditioning" components to see if all was well. He replaced my garbage disposal and I provided the garbage disposal. He did a great job but I thought was a bit overpriced.
