My tech was Alex Ramirez. He was supposed to show up in a couple of hours. And no pun intended, he was Johnny On the Spot by showing up in 1/2 an hour.
Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Very polite and answered all my questions in the middle of a 118 degree Las Vegas summer. ????
In addition, Gloria the receptionist and scheduler was the sweetest and kindest person to talk to. She did everything to get me in on the same day! Just a pleasure doing business with this company.
I would not hesitate to use these guys again for any of my plumbing needs. Definitely 5 Stars!

Very fast and efficient. The service was top notch and the tech left no questions in our minds. A solid, transparent company that won't try to talk you into any services you don't need. Everything was explained pretty black and white, and they don't overstep. Very polite and courteous as well. My family and I won't ever go through anyone else. Had our system up and running at full blast in no time. Ask for Luis. He did a bang up job we never saw coming!

Bryant Z came and serviced 3 of our AC units. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He was transparent with what needed to be replaced. With the great service I signed up for their yearly maintenance.
